MY GRAND CHAMPION

The Legend of Marla's Goliath

 At 8 weeks of age.

Goliath was an outstanding kitten from the time he was born
in February of 1983. He was long-haired, large and lovable
and everyone that saw him fell in love with him (including
show judges).

ACFA Best Cat Award, Sarasota, FL.

I had a long waiting list of people that wanted a kitten that
looked "just like Goliath".

He attended his first TICA show in October of 1983 in
Atlanta, Georgia, and totalled 1,700 points at the show at
8 months 8 days of age. He became the youngest ever Grand
Champion Maine Coon, as verified in writing by TICA.

His kittens were shipped throughout the United States, Europe,
Africa, South America, The Carribean and, surprisingly,
to several breeders in Maine.

His personality was incredibly loving - he never stopped
purring. He was always happy and playful.

Fourteen years later, his descendants, our tiny kittens,
have personalities just like Goliath. They fall asleep lying
on their backs in the palm of your hand with complete
trust that you won't drop them.
